Güroymak

Güroymak (Kurdish: Norşîn,[2] from Armenian: Նորշեն, Norshen) is a town in Bitlis Province, Turkey. It is the seat of Güroymak District.[3] Its population is 25,724 (2021).[1] The current mayor is Hikmet Taşdemir (HDP).[4]
The town is populated by Kurds of the Bekiran tribe.[5]
