Hodgkins disease

Boyd's pathology book states that 50% patients with untreated Hodgkins disease die within 2 years. Less than 10 % survive 5 years without treatment. What is the time period it takes in Hodgkin's to develop systemic symptoms on an average & how does the disease progress clinically with time?
