Voyager Interview

Social Media

  • In the wake of Star Trek: Discovery actor Anthony Rapp's allegations of sexual assault against Kevin Spacey, Intiraymi posted a comment to his Twitter account in support of Kevin Spacey. Intiraymi later tweeted a public apology to Rapp in which he stated that he had posted before knowing all the facts, which Rapp accepted. However, accusations of derogatory statements from fans and other individuals on social media sites caused a negative reaction among many Star Trek fans, including a Change.org petition asking for him to be left out of any future Star Trek conventions, and to "consider if it would be in the best interest of their company to continue to allow such a person to be associated with the production of any new content."[1] The part of Icheb was recast for the show Star Trek: Picard
  • After this unfortunate series of events, Manu went on to act in the short movie "Instant" with Roddenberry Entertainment [2]
  • On his livestream program "Dangerous Thoughts", Intiraymi promotes freedom of speech, and embracing the oftentimes out-of-the-box mindset of critical thought. [2]
  • In May of 2024, an "anonymous" X (Formerly Twitter) began a hate campaign against the Dangerous Thoughts platform, for reasons unknown. These attacks include paying for subscription bots, malicious bio alterations, and posting fake and insulting profiles of volunteer associates of the Dangerous Thoughts show on social media.
