Ardem Patapoutian (Bahasa Armenia: Արտեմ Փաթափութեանcode: hy is deprecated ; lahir 2 Oktober 1967)[1] ialah ahli biologi molekul, ahli sains saraf Amerika dan penerima Hadiah Nobel.[2] Beliau terkenal dengan karyanya dalam mencirikan reseptor PIEZO1, PIEZO2, dan TRPM8 yang mengesan tekanan, mentol, dan suhu. Patapoutian ialah profesor neurosains dan penyelidik Institut Perubatan Howard Hughes di Scripps Research di La Jolla, California. Pada tahun 2021, beliau memenangi Hadiah Nobel dalam Fisiologi atau Perubatan bersama dengan David Julius.[3]
