William Phillips (10. april 1864 – 10. mart 1943), poznatiji pod umjetničkim imenom Tully Marshall, bio je američki teatarski i filmski glumac. Već je bio etabliran kao glumac na broadwayskim pozornicima, prije nego što se 1914. preselio u Hollywood. Tamo je imao izuzetno plodnu karijeru, postavši specijalistom za karakterne uloge.

Bio je u braku sa spisateljicom Marion Fairfax. Umro je od srčanog udara.
