Lester Russell Brown (d. 1934, Columbia, ABD), küresel çevre sorunları konusunda birçok kitap yazmış olan çevre uzmanı. Earth Policy Institute'un kurucusu ve başkanıdır. "Outgrowing the Earth?" isimli kitabı "Dünyayı Nasıl Tükettik?" ismiyle Türkçeye çevrilmiş ve Türkiye İş Bankası Yayınları tarafından yayınlanmıştır.
